It is convenient having the exercise bike in my home-office and was not too expensive to purchase.

I use my exercise bike on a regular basis at least once a day. You don’t have to do a cycle marathon to feel the benefits, little and often seems to be the best option for me.  I have found it is possible to actually do some work whilst peddling, writing on a tablet for instance, but I prefer to listen to the local radio station or maybe a podcast.
