Snoreeze Snoring Relief Oral Strips

Why does the sound of snoring not wake a snorer up?

According to my long suffering wife I have a snore sound that can wake inanimate objects!

After consulting the internet I find that It’s not strictly true that a snorer does not wake themselves up.
They often wake themselves for a few seconds at a time.  This is not always enough for them to remember being awakened during the night.  Therefore they think they have been asleep all night.  Even if they feel exhausted in the morning, which in not uncommon.

Not that this helps my long suffering wife. So with this in mind I thought it may be a good idea to try and prevent the snoring in the first instance.  So to that end I’m going to review and try some Snoreeze Oral Strips that have been kindly supplied to me by Klip Shop.

With some sense of trepidation I opened a box of snoreeze, extracted one of the packets from within and proceeded to rip it open. Well I tried to rip it open. Unlike tomato sauce packets these packages don’t rip open easily. On closer inspection of the package I noticed an arrow printed on the top of the package pointing to one corner and the mystery was solved.

Having peeled the packet open and extracted what looks rather like a transparent light blue coloured slip of plastic. I proceeded as instructed to place it on the roof of my mouth. Well I never…it has what can only be described a sort of thick glue like constituency as it dissolves with an intense peppermint flavour and a menthol like hit. (Not half bad, pretty good  actually).

Anyway I digress. Off to bed we go, sleep overcame me quite rapidly.

I awoke the next morning and asked my long suffering wife. “Well did it make any difference”?

To my astonishment she replied “I hate to say it, but yes you were flat out and hardly a snort was heard”.

So I do think these snoreeze oral strips can help ease snoring.
